Final Preparations for the Closing Auction of the Majolica Manufactory Karlsruhe

After weeks of intensive preparation, it is our special honor to announce the completion of the auction catalog for the final auction of the State Majolica Manufactory Karlsruhe. In close cooperation with the Majolica Manufactory, we have carefully documented, photographed, and described each piece of the extensive ceramic collection. This catalog is not just a directory of the last remaining works but also a tribute to the centuries-old tradition and craftsmanship expressed in each individual object.

The preview of the lots will take place from March 15 to 18, 2025, at the premises of the Majolica Manufactory, Ahaweg 6-8, 76131 Karlsruhe. We invite all interested parties to personally inspect these unique artworks before the auction.

The auction will then be held from March 20 to 22, offering everyone the opportunity to acquire a piece of this renowned ceramic art.

We are facing the final conclusion of a significant chapter in the history of German art ceramics. With each piece that comes up for auction, we pass on a part of our history, hoping that it will continue to be appreciated and admired in the collections of the new owners.

For all details about the auction, registration, and the online catalog, please visit the online auction catalog.

Take this last opportunity to acquire a piece of Karlsruhe Majolica before the doors of the manufactory close forever.
