Alfred Beier-Red (1902-2001), nine original portrait drawings by the important German caricaturist, he mainly worked for the communist press, such as ”Die Rote Post”, ”Die Rote Fahne” etc., to protect himself from reprisals he usually signed with the pseudonym ”Red”. He was a co-founder of the ”Association of Revolutionary Visual Artists” and from 1946 he worked mainly for ”Neues Deutschland”.
