Paul Barz (1908-1965), German artist from West Prussia, studied at the academy in Breslau and at the Staatliche Kunstschule in Berlin, in 1937 he became a lecturer in fine arts at the University of Greifswald, in 1951 he moved to Herchen/Sieg and became a professor in Münster in 1960. ”Abend an der Eckernförder Bucht”, watercolor on paper, signed and dated 1946 lower left, titled on the mount, 34 x 49 cm, framed behind glass and mount 53 x 66 cm
