Empire figural pendulum, 1st half 19th century, fire-gilt bronze, partially stained on the reverse, depicting a couple painting, the base decorated with foliage and set on rocailles, gilt dial with black Roman numerals, blackened hands, small French round movement marked Alibert Paris, with 1/2 hour disc striking mechanism on a bell, the clockwork marked Alibert Paris, 38 x 31 x 31 cm.
