August Haarstick. 1882 – Bremen – 1946. lidded box. Designed by Fritz Uphoff c. 1925-1929. Hand-chased brass, round rising foot, funnel-shaped multi-faceted body with flared rim, faceted funnel-shaped slip lid with round pointed cone finial, Haarstick inscription underneath, base and rim of lid minimally dented, overall h. 21 cm, d. 18.5 cm.- From the estate of Fritz Uphoff.
