August Haarstick. 1882 – Bremen – 1946. tea caddy. Brass, designed by Fritz Uphoff c. 1924-1930. Hand-chased brass, round body with hexagonal body merging into a round opening with a round, rising, hexagonally pinched slip lid, monogrammed AH underneath, with matching glass insert, h. with lid 12.5 cm, d. 7 cm, h. without lid 9 cm, d. stand 7.3 cm.- From the estate of Fritz Uphoff.
