Fritz Uphoff. 1890 Witten – 1966 Worpswede. Large bundle with approx. 40 vol. Etchings, preparatory drawings, tracings, and 7 printing plates. Around 1920 to 1950, including among others: Returning peat barges. Etching in green, signed Fritz Uphoff lower right, plus 2 drawings, sheets on paper or tracing paper, sheets up to 40 x 50 cm and the copper printing plate 24 x 30.5 cm; Moorgraben (Vollmond). Etching in brown, inscribed lower right by Fritz Uphoff, 28.5 x 39.5 cm and the copper printing plate 18.5 x 25 cm; also the copper printing plates of: Überschwemmtes Wiesenland, Landschaft mit aufgehender Sonne, Gehöft, Im Moor (überschwemmtes Land mit Mühle) and Bauernhof im Moor, all in a portfolio 56 x 45 cm.- From the artist’s estate.
