Carl Langhorst (1867-1950), Portrait of Grand Duke Friedrich August von Oldenburg, oil on card, signed and dated 1919, Langhorst was a pupil of Carl Marr and Gabriel von Hackl in Munich and a well-known portraitist. He worked a lot for the courts of Mecklenburg, Oldenburg, Saxony-Altenburg and Anhalt-Dessau, rubbed and bumped, approx. 45 x 60 cm, framed 77 x 63 cm
