Walter Kostka (1884-1970), Berlin architect, designer and painter. He initially worked primarily as an architect for Bruno Paul and was the first architect in the Royal Palace Building Commission under Oberhofbaurat Geyer. He designed several lamps for Osram. After the Second World War, he devoted himself increasingly to painting.
