Hermann Kreidt (1906-?), painter and graphic artist based in Düsseldorf, studied in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Innsbruck and Berlin until 1930, taught at the Folkwang School of Design in Essen and at the State Academy of Art in Düsseldorf, member of the Rhenish Secession. ”Kleines Weltbild”, 1962, oil on wood, unsigned, from the estate of his son Fritz Kreidt, inscribed on verso, 32 x 25.5 cm
