Hermann Kohlmann (1907-1982), German painter, sculptor and graphic artist, was a student at the Dresden Academy under Richard Müller and Max Feldbauer, received the Hugo Göpfert Prize in 1934, which was associated with a subsequent stay in Italy, in 1937 he became known to a broad public thanks to an exhibition in the Dresden Kunstsalon Emil Richter. Mixed lot of 3 watercolors (Thessaloniki Galeriusbogen, 2 motifs in Silbitz near Zeitz), watercolor over pen on paper, one mounted on cardboard, signed and dated 1935-1945 lower right, partly browned and stained, sheet dimensions up to 28 x 38 cm
