Christoph Voll (1897-1939), German sculptor and graphic artist, studied in Dresden and joined the Secession group there in 1919, exhibited with the Novembergruppe in 1924 and took up a professorship in Saarbrücken in 1925 before moving to Karlsruhe in 1928, in 1935 his art was classified as ”degenerate”. Bust of a woman with a bun, brown patinated bronze on a marble base, signed on the reverse ”C. Voll”, total height 45.5 cm
