Modern skeleton clock with unusual scissor escapement, this may well be a master or journeyman’s piece, movement and dial are mounted in a glass pane, the entire mechanism on an ebonized oval wooden base with brass feet, the dial white enamel with black Roman numerals and the date with Arabic numerals around the inner circle, movement starts, but the escapement must be adjusted, 49x28x15cm HBT
