Plate from the dinner service for Heinrich Graf von Podewils, KPM Berlin, 19th century, deep plate, profiled matching rim and six applied scallops. Polychrome painting, the top with the crowned coat of arms held by two Prussian eagles on a console, entwined with the chain of the Order of the Black Eagle, Indian flowers scattered in the mirror and in the banner, gold rim, restored rim, Ø 24 cm, designed by Johann Joachim Kaendler in 1741, Count Podewils received the service as a token of gratitude from Friedrich August II for his services in the Silesian War. The family continued to use it and ordered further plates from KPM
