Renaissance casket, probably around 1600, wood, monochrome and white painted. Rectangular body in chest form with architectural design with columns and round arches. Hinged lid with 2 recessed coffered vine ornament around a hemisphere made of bone, in between an iron carrying handle. Lock with key, interior with hinged lid box on the left narrow side, lined with marbled paper. rubbed & bumped, 17 x 33 x 21 cm.
