Vase, ”The new palace near Potsdam”, 1st half 19th century, w. France, flattened body with swan handles to the sides, on a rectangular base and four paw feet. Gold ground with a rectangular cartouche on the front, containing a polychrome painted, inscribed view of the New Palace in Potsdam after Carl Daniel Freydanck, verso a gold-etched flower bouquet. Gold partly rubbed, h. 23.5 cm
